Scope of applications
适用于河海各种船舶及海上石油平台等水上建筑的电力、照明和一般控制装置之用。对冶金、化工、电力等工矿企业亦同样适用。
Scope of applications:This product is use on shops and petroleum platforms and other buildings on the sea. Also apply to metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power and other industrial and mining enterprises.
使用特性
Working features
1、额定电压U0/U为:0.6/1KV及以下。 Rated voltage U0/U as : 0.6/1KV and below.
2、电缆导体长期允许最高工作温度为: Cable conductor is maximum allowed operating temperature:
交联聚乙烯绝缘船用电力电缆为90℃;XLPE insulated shipboard power cable is 90℃;
乙丙绝缘船用电力电缆为85℃; EPR insulation shipboard power cable is 85℃;
聚氯乙烯绝缘船用电力电缆70℃; PVC insulation shipboard power cable 70℃;
天然丁苯绝缘船用电力电缆65℃; NR/SBR insulation shipboard power cable 65℃;
3、短路时电缆导体的最高温度不超过: Short circuit conductor temperature does not exceed:
交联聚乙烯绝缘船用电力电缆为250℃;XLPE insulated shipboard power cable is 250℃;
乙丙绝缘船用电力电缆为250℃; EPR insulation shipboard power cable is250℃;

3、导体电阻测量 Conductor resistance measurement
电缆20℃时导体直流电阻应不超过IEC60228规定相应的2类和5类导体的最大值。

5-2、绝缘电阻试验 Insulation resistance test
A、绝缘电阻的测量值应换算成20℃时的值。Measure the insulation resistance value should be converted to 20 ℃ value
B、绝缘电阻常数Ki应按下式计算:Insulation resistance constant Ki should be calculated as follows
Ki=LR*10-9/log10D/d(MΩ.km)
式中:R—测量的绝缘电阻,换算成20℃时的值Ω Type of:R—Measuring insulation resistance, converted to 20 ℃ value Ω
L—电缆长度m L—Cable length m
D—绝缘外径mm D—Insulation OD mm
d—绝缘内径mm d—Insulation diameter mm
C、绝缘电阻常数Ki应不小于IEC60092-351规定值
Insulation resistance constant Ki should not be less than the value specified in IEC60092-351.

交货长度 length of delivery
1、三芯及以下和导体截面不大于2.5mm2电缆不小于150m;其他电缆不小于100m。
Three core and below and conductor cross section is not more than 2.5mm2 cable is not less than 150m; other cable is not less than 100m.
2、允许长度不小于20m的短段电缆交货,但数量应不超过交货总长度的10%。
A short period of the permitted length not less than 20m delivery, but the number should not exceed 10% of the total length of delivery.
3、经双方协商允许以任何长度电缆交货。
After consultations between the two sides to allow delivery to any length of cable.
4、长度误差应超过±0.5%
Length error within ± 0.5%.
